Our customers can enjoy free shipping without additional costs. We only use one shipping method and do not offer express shipping for an additional fee.
Shipping and processing times:
Processing: 3-5 working days.
Shipping: 7-10 working days.

Do you accept returns?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@chronoselect.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a
return will not be accepted.

Do your watches have warranty?
All of the movements on our time-pieces are guaranteed for one year after the date of arrival.
If there are unexpected issues with mechanical parts, not provoked through incorrect usage, we will repair or replace the movement of your watch for no additional charge.
Please note that we do not cover postage expenses for sending your watch to us but we will cover the redelivery expenses if you are in the same country from which your initial order was placed.
Timeframes on warranty services may vary but please allow up to 45 working days. Some parts need to be ordered to be able to complete a repair.
We reserve the right to refuse warranty service on products we have adequate reason to believe have been mishandled. This includes underwater wear, impact to the item, or intentional damage.
