What kind of products do you offer?

- We offer first-class homage timepieces, which are purpose-built precisely to gen specifications with the goal of providing the wearer with a product that looks and feels exactly like its far more expensive counterparts.

Whether you are on the waitlist at your AD or simply want to keep your prized possessions safe at home, Chrono Select is here to grace your wrist with watches you can wear with confidence and without compromise.

Are your watches waterproof?

- Each and every watch on our site is factory waterproofed to 50m. While our pieces will do just fine with handwashing and getting caught in the rain, we do not recommend fully submering them and can therefore not guarantee for this.

How long does delivery take?

- Our customers can enjoy free shipping without additional costs. We only use one shipping method and do not offer express shipping for an additional fee.

Shipping and processing times:

Processing: 3-5 working days.
Shipping: 7-10 working days.

Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped out, you will automatically receive an email with your shipping information. If more than 3 working days have passed since your order and you have not yet received confirmation, please contact us at info@chronoselect.co.uk.

Where do your orders ship from?

- Our watches ship from our facility in China after they are riguriously checked to make sure they are within gen specs. 

What are your return and cancellation policies?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@chronoselect.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a
return will not be accepted.

Cancellations:

If you decide to cancel your order, there is a grace period of 48 hours after ordering. We unfortunately cannot immediately cancel and refund orders which are in transit. Rather, once your items arrive, you may contact us again to initiate a return and refund.

Do you send QC (quality control) pictures?

- Please include a note in your purchase if you would like to receive QC photos of your shoes for approval prior to them being shipped. Please keep in mind that this process could add 2-3 days to your order time, depending on how long you take to respond to us.

I am after a particular watch but cannot find it on your website, can you get it?

- Since we are slowly rolling out our website, not all of our inventory will immediately be present. Please email us if you can't find what you're after on our website and we will be happy to help.
