This policy is applicable to worldwide orders.
This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.

A. SHIPPING COSTS

Free Shipping On All Orders.

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME

In general, shipments are in transit for 7 – 10 business days (Monday to Friday). Order cut off time will be 05:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (London). Order handling time is 3 - 5 business days (Monday to Friday).

C. DELIVERY TERMS

We use the Royal Mail to deliver orders in the United Kingom, Anpost for Ireland, and Australia Post for Australia.

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@chronoselect.co.uk.

E. CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

G. MISSING ITEMS

If any items are missing from your order upon it being received, please take photos of the entire package as near to the time of opening as possible and email us at info@chronoselect.co.uk. We will replace any missing items.
Before contacting us, please keep in mind that we usually only send one item per parcel due to insurance reasons. Therefore, if you have an order for multiple items, they are most likely to arrive in seperate parcels.

H. TRACKING

A tracking number and link will be sent to you within 5 working days (Monday - Friday) of your order being placed. You may track your parcel using the website of your local courier per details outlined in point C. Alternatively, we recommend using 17track or 4px to receive the most up-to-date information on the progress of your parcel.

I. ORDER STATUS

Order status can be easily checked by clicking on the chat box in the bottom right-hand corner of our site and entering your order number. Alternatively, you may of course always contact us at info@chronoselect.co.uk in order to get updates on the progress of your order. Please have your order number prepared, which you would have received in your order confirmation email.
